does the camera have to flash to get a ticket? I was sppeding pretty fast in a two lane area in around a college campus and around like sports recreation places for like 5 seconds. it was a 35 mph zome and i was going around 75ish. traffic light cameras are out of the question. i am talking about the random camera lights they put around if you go above a certain speed. does the camera flash when you get caught?!? btw, i did not see any cameras on the way back from where i speeded, but i am just taking future caution.
